Outlook the new addition to
Microsoft Office has made information easy to organize, retrieve, store, and send. Outlook
can be an e-mail massage. It can be used as an appointment arranger and organizer that
replace you calendar, a collection of manes and phone number holder that replace your
addresses book, a list to organize thing to do that replace your notebook, or a document
to write text on. Outlook is setup to help you make the most out of information in
whatever form it comes. Outlook can be used as the one location where you can create,
view, and organize all of your information. Outlook is setup to assist you in sending and
receiving e-mail, keeping account of your calendar, keep track of incoming information,
and review your work history. You can also use outlook to find and open document on your
computer or on your server.

Note: In these answers we will
follow a few shorthand conventions for describing user-interface procedures. Key
combinations will be presented like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which means that you should
press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key at the same time.
Menu selections will be presented like this: File->Open, which means that you should
open the File menu, and then make the Open selection.
